You are completely wrong to suggest that, somehow, Boris invented city bike hire schemes in London in 2010. They've been running in Malmo (Sweden) for 20 years and in Amsterdam (Netherlands) for considerably longer. Boris has made possible a good scheme in London. Plaid are championing this scheme in Cardiff, and you should be applauding it.
